April - Busking Day We are organising two busking days in a repeat of successful events in previous years. The first is on Sat 2nd April and is a fundraiser to raise funds to help pay for Malvern May Day in Priory Park (The grants situation is as you might imagine, dire, this year). The second is on Sun 12th June, on the same day as the Elgar Uphill Cycling Time Trials in Church Street. This year we would like to expand the event sand make time for more performers/performances. We will again be having a number of 'Busk Stops' at different locations through the town. Locations will include Waitrose Pergola, Abbey Archway (by Pepper and Oz), Belle Vue Island, Outside the Lyttleton Rooms in Priory Grounds (tbc). The idea again is that players could do a mini tour of the town playing at as many of the 'buskstop' venues as they like. We will need to programme this so we don't get "there are none when you want one, and then a load all turn up together" scenarios. Dates
